Welcome to the ‘Diddo.art’ website (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most of the 'Diddo.art’ products displayed at the Site are only available online. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Euro.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
After checkout, all prices include charges for shipping, handling or taxes.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY
No refunds or cancellations accepted. All sales are final.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ‘Diddo.art’ harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent ‘Diddo.art’ products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting ‘Diddo.art’ products and services. This Site is controlled and operated Diddo.art from its offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the Dutch law, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the Dutch court.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or ‘Diddo.art’. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. ‘Diddo.art’ also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in ‘Diddo.art’ sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or ‘Diddo.art’, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Delivery can take longer so please allow up to 5 extra working days for any items bought at these times.
High value prints and editions may take up to 25 days to deliver if unframed. If you still have not received your purchase after 25 days, please notify info@diddo.art. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery, and will often be dispatched when they are ready to be sent to you. You will be charged our delivery charges accordingly.
Your products are insured up to the point of delivery. Upon delivery they become your responsibility. ‘diddo.art’ does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party (including without limitation any delays which may be caused by any fulfilment houses which we may use). As soon as you have received the products, you will assume all risk in the products, as already mentioned above. Upon delivery of the products to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to: exercise your right of cancellation; and address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid address for delivery.

‘Diddo.art’ does not intend to store or currently stores customer’s financial details (credit or debit card numbers). For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number. The information we collect is used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
We use cookies to store visitors preferences and record session information such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.
