EXPCAM003/RUST
The Art of Disguise

This exploration is inspired on rust with chipped paint and US ‘Woodland’. Woodland camouflage has a very distinct pattern and is specifically created to provide effective concealment in wooded environments. Comprising a palette of various green and brown hues, the pattern incorporates a mix of blotches, stripes, and mottled spots to mimic the natural colours and textures of forests.

Although camouflage typically draws inspiration from natural environments, I used rust and chipped paint. Next, I’ve introduced three-dimensional elements representing chipped paint. This approach goes beyond traditional flat patterns, creating more depth and texture.
